How Do I Repurpose With Fax Tips?

Repurpose Into A Fax Tips

Start with audio content and you chop up the audio content into little tips where you deliver on a weekly basis.

Have a teleseminar that has multiple tips on it.  With those tips, each one can be abridged as well as a shorter version and that then becomes the fax broadcast tip, secret, trick whatever you want to call it.

Why would we put this on a fax broadcast?

A fax broadcast is very inexpensive.  It’s a lot less expensive than direct mail, so if you had a newsletter on a fax broadcast, a one-page newsletter, it’s a fax tip, why do you have to mail it?  You can put a newsletter on a postcard as well, I’ve done that before.

Imagine an electronic newsletter on a fax that’s now coming through the fax machine, which is electronic and now it’s physical.  How do you repurpose that?  You charge $10 a month, which is $120 a year.  If they pay a full year in advance give them two months off minus a dollar, which makes it $99.

Not only do they get two months free if they buy a full year in advance and you got their money in advance, it’s the newsletter business it’s wonderful, but you can send them as a bonus a three-ring binder, that’s repurposing, with plastic sheets, that’s repurposing, where they can stick the newsletters coming to them, that’s repurposing.

On those fax tips there are additional resources where they can go online and interact with your membership area.

Tell me and I’ll forget.
Show me I may remember.
Involve me and I will learn.

Imagine getting a fax and having to go online into a member’s area to get more information that’s called involvement.

Imagine putting those faxes into a reference book, which you gave them for free and it was the incentive to buy a full year in advance.

Imagine it’s a three-ring binder, which has your name, likeness and picture as well as the name brand you have where you have these plastic sheaths where you insert these plastic inserts with three-ring binder.  It’s not perfect bound as a book it’s a three-ring binder so you have you on the spine as a picture in their library.

As each fax comes you have them put it into the numbered plastic folders or dividers.  The reason you number them is, if they don’t get a fax they’ll call you and ask you.  There’s an opening there.  That opening is cognitively dissonant and creates tension and pressure. It gets them involved and now they’re calling you saying, “Hey, where’s my tip?”

That’s not a bad thing, that’s a great thing, because they’re interacting.

A fax tip series, if you’re in a business to business environment; if you deal with carpet cleaners, attorneys any kind of independent professional.  If you’re a consultant with a fax machine have them welcome that fax, because the only people who don’t want faxes are the people who don’t want what’s on that sheet of paper.

They don’t want an unsolicited spam fax.  They want solicited fax.  If you have a fax tip that’s so powerful it’s more expensive to throw it away than to keep it that’s a fax tip worth keeping.

It’s more expensive to throw that tip away than to keep it. That’s what should go on your fax. You should have them interact on the web page, because you can’t possibly put everything on that tip.  It’s going to be worth more than $10 each.

Think about it. You could do a quote of the week, quote of the day, stock tip of the week, all sorts of things on the fax tip. Or you can repurpose a teleseminar that was live and put it into a fax tip series; 52 weeks… 12 weeks. You can get started with 12 weeks.
