Repurpose Into Articles
Like newsletters, blog posts or ezines, start with an audio format which is passive, such as a live teleseminar, then reprint the transcript into an article.
Make the article read very editorial, but very flashy and very interesting. Make sure it’s not dull.
You can say something like Novato man, father of four, generates $25,000 an hour from the comfort of his home in his sandals and shorts. Keep reading to find out how he did it. That’s an article and a headline to an article.
An article can also be turned into a press release, which you can put online and can submit offline. It can be submitted and become a classified ad if you want. The reason I call it article, again in learning how to fish, if you go to Google and type in “article directories”… one of the best and biggest is EzineArticles.com.
If you start submitting articles at EzineArticles.com that is an article directory that allows you to submit ezine articles, articles, newsletters, or whatever you want to call them. An ezine is an electronic magazine. And that article whether it’s 500 to 2000 words should have a resource box and call to action to take advantage of something you’re selling.
What a great way to bring them back to the original teleseminar, which got that article repurposed. You can create a recycling process, but you’re selling the entire glop of the piece of the glop you gave away. That piece of glop was the article, which came back to the teleseminar, which passively is auditory.
You can sell that or give that away if they opt-in. See how that works? That is repurposing into an article that’s generating traffic and getting more people to listen to your teleseminar, which is typically an hour or 70 minutes, maybe even two hours, utilizing a piece of the repurposed content, which was a live teleseminar that was repurposed into an article that led traffic back to your teleseminar. That’s how it works.
If you want a good example of that go to AlexMandossianToday.com.
He invented the Virtual Book Tour and as a result people go to that. That is the blog squeeze page of his.
To get into his blog, all the articles that he writes, and he has over 100 ezine articles at the time of this recording at EzineArticles.com, all go to AlexMandossianToday.com and he gets opt-ins.
Then the thank you page to that opt-in is his blog. They don’t go to AlexMandossian.com, because there’s no way to opt-in there forcefully. He sends people to AlexMandossianToday.com.
You can utilize the same strategy and have a back door to your blog. Just because you have a blog with a formal name on it doesn’t mean you can’t have a blog squeeze page where you’re driving traffic from the resource box of your article.
How does the article happen?
You probably created a teleseminar. You wrote with your mouth not your hands, you’ve repurposed and now you’re making speed money.
